Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time
United States: 6–10 business days after your order ships.
Rest of the world: 8–15 business days after your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather or high-volume periods.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price and are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, email us at ooomascotooo@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it before your order ships.
